Ryan Meehan for Congress
RYAN MEEHAN

Combat Veteran and Proven Leader

After the terrorist attacks of 9/11, Ryan stepped forward to serve our country by entering the United States Military Academy. After four years at West Point and five years of active duty including two deployments to Afghanistan, 100+ combat missions, and a Bronze star for his service, Ryan transitioned from the military to the private sector. He completed his MBA at Wharton, rolled up his sleeves and went to work in the private sector. In January of this year, after watching the ongoing failures of the Democrat-controlled House, Ryan announced his candidacy for Congress in Connecticut’s 5th district. Now, more than ever, our country needs leaders like Ryan who can deliver instead of divide. Ryan’s combat leadership experience and business background are what is needed in politics–lawmakers who are focused on progress instead of partisanship. Connecticut deserves a leader who has the courage to do what’s right, not what’s politically convenient.
